Tekron supports a return to base warranty, as detailed in the User Manuals.
Tekron warrants that for a period of TWO years from the date of shipment that each Tekron product supplied shall be free of defects in material and workmanship.
Tekron undertakes to repair all devices and initiate return shipment of either a repaired or replacement unit within a maximum of 5 working days of receipt.
